Licensee may not distribute the source code, or any modification, enhancement, derivative work and/or extension thereto, in source code form. A licensee who purchases source code separately and in addition to previously purchased license(s) has the right to use the source code for debugging, bug fixing, and any other modifications.

Licensee has no right of access to the source code of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT unless he purchases the source code separately as defined in section 1.6.ġ.6 SOURCE CODE PURCHASE. This license allows the use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT by fifty (50) developers within one organization.ġ.4 SITE ENTERPRISE LICENSE. This license allows the use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT by ten (10) developers within one organization.ġ.3 LARGE TEAM LICENSE PACK. You may make copies on more than one computer, as long as the use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is by the same developer. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed per individual developer. On clicking the "I accept" button and/or downloading and installing the SOFTWARE PRODUCT the Licensee accepts and GemBox grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable limited license to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT strictly in accordance with the terms of this License and subject to any additional terms applicable to the type of license purchased as set out below in this section 1.ġ.1đ DEVELOPER LICENSE. This is a license agreement and NOT an agreement for sale. GemBox owns the title, copyright and other intellectual property rights in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
